How Our Consultation Services Work

After payment you will recieve an electronic evaluation form which is a questionnaire that we require to fully evaluate your project or situation. We will also require up to 6 photographs to be submitted by email and any other plans or documents (maximum three documents) that may help with our evaluation.

You will recieve our initial Pond Report explaining conditions or issues that need addressing as well as treatment recommendations and a list of products that may be required. If you desire we can recommend the best pond supply store to purchase any products that you may need or any specific item you have requested: i.e: a floating fountain.

You can then submit up to three price quotes you have recieved based on our initial recommendations and we will help choose the best one based on the retailer involved, the price and warranty offered. We will submit to you a final recomendation on how best to save money based on the quotes you have recieved.
